After a long break from running due to family commitments and life in general I decided I wanted to get fit again with the aim of running a 10k. I joined Jogscotland in 2012 and it was the best thing I did. The jog leaders gave me so much support which really spurred me on and gave me self-belief. A year after joining I was running half marathons and in 2021 ran my first full marathon and an ultra. Along the way I have met so many friends and I really enjoy the social aspect of the club too. Whatever your running goal is, whether it's to improve fitness or achieve a PB, you will get lots of support from the club.
