RUN BUDDIES

Every runner starts off as a beginner.

During selected races, Jog Leaders and/or other club members may offer to run alongside you to encourage you to race a distance for the first time, of perhaps push you on to achieve a PB.

Further details can be found via our Facebook members group or by contacting one of the Jog Leaders (yellow club tops).

TRACK SESSIONS

2018 saw us introduce coach led track sessions at Greenfaulds High School. The track sessions are delivered to members of ALL ability groups. Training with others not only makes tough sessions more enjoyable, the positive peer pressure can push you to hit splits that would be difficult to do solo.

Further details can be found via our Facebook members group or by contacting one of the Jog Leaders (yellow club tops).

PARK RUN

Lots of our members regularly met up at various Park Runs.

Further details on possible car pooling can be found via our Facebook members group or by contacting one of the Jog Leaders (yellow club tops).

SOCIAL EVENTS

Why not get fit and make friends at the same time?

We are a group who aim to strike the right balance between exercise and social activities. We meet regularly as a social group, whether it be after race picnics, Millport family day out or our Annual Christmas night out.

Some of the runners also meet up with their families at running events such as the Lenzie Jog or Great Scottish Run Super Saturday.

Further details can be found via our Facebook members group or by contacting one of the Jog Leaders (yellow club tops).

Week 11 - All Ability session

At the end of each 10 week block we aim to have a week 11 combined groups event, this could be Relay & Rounders or a guest speaker
